Semi-retired individual required to assist, the Director of Operations, in the administration duties of a medium residential developer/builder; location; Toronto. Must have experience in the industry and the various aspects thereof; some of which are requirements for bank information for construction financing, insurance for projects under construction and rental properties, dealing with Canada Revenue Agency on corporate and sales tax issues, overlooking payments to trades and ensuring trust accounts for purchasers deposits are reviewed and balanced on a regular basis.
