Tablets aren't just toys anymore - they're tools. They can be customized to help people living with disabilities to communicate more easily, engage with their communities, and live safely and independently.
That's why MODC's Assistive Mobile Technology Initiative is giving several tablets away. To be eligible, you must:
- Be a permanent resident of the greater Calgary area
- Have a permanent disability that impacts your daily function
- Prove financial need
- Explain how the device would help you.
More details, and a full list of eligibility criteria, are available at http://bit.ly/1Ndpzak.
