Building Operator Westside is currently accepting applications for a F/T Building Operator, 40 hrs/wk. Candidates will possess a valid Building Operator B or 5th CLASS Steam Engineers ticket, Pool Operator Level 1 & Standard First Aid/CPR. Duties will include pool & mechanical operations, HVAC, drywall repair, painting, tile, carpentry and minor electrical work. Knowledge of BMS would be an asset.
