NOTICE OF HEARING FOR AN APPLICATION FOR A CUSTODY ORDER AND A PERMANENT GUARDIANSHIP ORDER TO: ADONIS UNSER Take notice that on Friday, November 20, 2015 at at 9:30 o'clock in the forenoon; a hearing will take place in the Family and Youth Court, located at the Calgary Court Centre, 601 - 5th Street S.W. in the City of Calgary, in the Province of Alberta. A Director under the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act will make an application for a Custody Order and a Permanent Guardianship Order on a matter in which you are interested. If you wish to speak to this matter in court, you MUST appear in court on this date. You do have the right to be represented by a lawyer. If you do not attend in person or by a lawyer, an Order may be made in your absence and the Judge may make a different Order than the one being applied for by the Director. You will be bound by any Order the Judge makes. You do have the right to appeal the Order within 30 days from the date tha the Order is made.
