Skills Requirements:
Education: No specific education is required;
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in auto glass installation and repair; Experience in auto glass installation with wire removal tools.

Ability to work in fast paced environments;
Ability to lead and follow directions;

Willing to assist in training and development of other co-workers learning the trade
Job duties / Specific skills:
Experience replacing front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components;
Experience with polish painted finishes;
Experience reviewing damage report and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed;
Experience with repair and replacement of glass components;
Experience with repair and replacement of damaged windows and windshields;
Experience using reciprocating windshield removal tools;
Experience using pull/cold knives;
Experience using olfa knives and appropriate chisels; and
Experience with windshield stone repair bridges
